BUILD DESCRIPTION

First moped, came from previous owner with the Athena kit, a 15SHA, gianelli pipe, and a topspeed just below 40. Lots of fun and sadness pushing it up above 50, 52mph GPS topspeed, still climbs hills ok. 44/13 gears, leaned out the needle by one setting on the cliip, needs a leaner slow jet. Pipe has been derestricted, no washer on the header end, baffle replaced with core + fiberglass packing instead of tiny stock stinger. General hydro forks, motox bars, new shocks, sava 2.25" tires, repacked bearings, new axles, retapped and replaced tons of hardware as it broke. Stock bottom end until I rebuild it, clutch is stock sachs 2 plate, 80/90wt gear oil, very tight preload, red loctite on the nut. Superclutch 3 pad/4 plate in the works.
